Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Wajul Haque Ansari, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9222 of 2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
