2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 655 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(1)(3) and 41(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, 108 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is the labour working as daily wages workers. The petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2024 having clean antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in some

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Court No. 2, Bhabua at Kaimur in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 655 of 2024.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Nala Road, Patna and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.
