Petitioner is accused in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 574 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016, even then petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. Further submission is that charge has already been framed in the case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner/ be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
