====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against these petitioners is of commission of assault with iron rod to the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner No. 1 has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and petitioner No. 2 has bears clean antecedent.

No.70305 of 2022(3) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P. S. Case No. 33 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Personal appearance of the Investigating Officer, Sitamarhi is dispensed with.
