2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted bail by the District Court but the petitioner did not furnish the bail bond and fled away.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.6.2024.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73913 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Neemachandpura Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
