The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.470 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 308, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the order of the coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.46078 of 2017 wherein the co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.10.2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the co-

No.13944 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 accused have already been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
