2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2023 in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 52/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have participated in the loot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that no overt act has been attributed against this petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72734 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He has further submitted that the petitioner has similar antecedents.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 52/2023.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Pipra police station on 1st Sunday of every month.

8. It is made clear that any default in appearance in the aforesaid police station, as directed, would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
