The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case no. 85 of 2019, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of the sister of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she used to reside separate to the Dadan Sahu, husband of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, due to quarrel in between Dadan Sahu and his wife (deceased), the sister of the informant committed suicide by hanging, but with ulterior motive the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-V, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
