JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). A writ is in nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order/ orders direction quashing the following :- (i). Medical report dated 06.11.2019 by which the age of the petitioner access as 40 to 60 years (Annexure-4).

(ii). Order dated 19.10.2022 contended in memo No.1741 rejecting the prayer petitioner to appoint him as a Chaukidar on ground that as per medical

Patna High Court CWJC No.17619 of 2022(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 report his age is 40 to 60 years (Annexure-5). (B). Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/orders, direction commanding the respondent to the following.

(i). To treat that the Annexure-4 & 5 to the petition are nonest in the eye of law.

(ii). To hold that the petitioner is of about 23 years on the date of application and he fully eligible to appoint as Chaukidar on compensate ground as per notification 05.03.2014 (Annexure1 petition). (iii). To appoint the petitioner as Chaukidar forthwith.

(iv). To consider the medical report of the petitioner in the light of Adhar card, Smart Card and matric certificate of the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
