This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

According to first information report, the petitioners enticed the informant and took her to a school where the petitioners committed rape against her. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code does not support the first information report rather stated that the police had asked her to disclose the names of the petitioners.
