This application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner who apprehends his arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 08.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15183 of 2022 by which co-accused Uday Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. For the reasons recorded in the order dated 08.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15183 of 2022, this bail application is also allowed.

Let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9316 of 2023(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Court, Excise, Patna, in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case no. 307 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
