The petitioner seeks bail in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 534/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Some stolen articles and country-made liquor were recovered from the house of Raju Paswan. The petitioner was also found in company of Raju Paswan.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 26.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
