The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 337, 427, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that on 03.02.2019, informant along with his friend loaded the snakes of Sunny Jaiswal and proceeded for Madhubani but in the way, when he reached at village Mahua, five unknown criminals intercepted his vehicle and closed their eyes and looted the snakes. While informant tried to convince but he was assaulted by Sunny Jaishwal through fist and slaps snatching his mobile phone. Thereafter, he gave information to his son, Chandan Kumar then Chandan Kumar along with others went at the house of Sunny Jaiswal then Sunny Jaiswal called Pinku Jaiswal, Ranjeet Jaiswa and mother, Bidhayarthi Devi. At that time, this petitioner came there and caused assault to his son, Chandan Kumar and Kundan Kumar. After short interval, Pinku Jaiswal, Ranjeet Jaiswal, Bidhayarthi Devi and this petitioner came at the door of the informant and started pelting stones and bricks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to dispute in between Sunny Jaiswal and informant, this petitioner being relative of Sunny Jaiswan has falsely been implicated in the present case without any specific over act. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
