The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injury for the alleged occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely Bigu Ram and Ramashis Ram have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. 7586 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11519 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
