The petitioners have invoked extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order dated 11.09.2017 passed by the Presiding Officer, F.T.C-I, Banka summoning the petitioners under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. after visualizing the evidence of 11 witnesses examined in course of trial.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
