Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.167 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 363, 365 and 366/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner with other accused persons has kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

Case diary has been received from which it appears that the girl is still traceless.

Learned A.P.P. has also opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Under such circumstances, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10958 of 2018 (3) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. Petitioners may surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today and make prayer for regular bail. It is made clear that in the event the petitioners disclose before the court below about whereabout of the victim girl, the court below will pass appropriate order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
