The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of killing the brother of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case along with his whole family due to dirty village politics. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 09.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65285 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019.
