JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sabour P. S. Case No. 34 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 365, 504, 506, 379, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioners and other accused persons assaulted the daughter of the informant and further allegation is that later on the son of the informant is trace-less and she suspects the hands of the petitioners.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the boy has been recovered and his statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in which he has not named the petitioners, which will appear from Annexure 4 filed along

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P.
