The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019 in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 323 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from a vehicle of which he has been engaged as a driver and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
