The petitioner has been in custody since 20.08.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2595 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/341/ 504/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is false and mischievous and is in retaliation of another case filed by one Umesh Sah who is son of Sohan Sah. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is family dispute between the agnates and it is for this reason, the present case has been lodged. The petitioner is the cousin

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of dispute and the allegation as levelled, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2595 of 2018.
