JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No. 910 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 307, 447, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with his three sons assaulted the informant with lathi, causing injury on his head. The injury report is annexed as Annexure-3 wherein doctor has found simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11617 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 910 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Distt.
