2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 78, 79, 3(5) and 303(2)/103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is not assailant of the deceased and petitioner is alleged to have assaulted husband of the informant with lathi. Doctor has found simple injury. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 9.6.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the
