The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is cousin brother of the informant. He has falsely been implicated in this case by the informant due to family dispute and previous enmity. The allegation of theft is against coaccused. There is no allegation against this petitioner, which constitutes the offence under Sections 379 of 511 of the I.P.C. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11514 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S.
