In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b) a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

An allegation has been made that at the instance of petitioner no.1, Sheikh Kamran has fired but, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the parties have entered into the compromise and charge-sheet has not been filed by the police against the petitioners. The case is of the year 2016. The petitioner

Keeping in view the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the peace has been restored between the parties, let both the petitioners, namely, Gulshan Khatoon @ Gulsan Khatoon and Sr. Aakil @ Sk. Akil Anwar, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bettiah, Dist.
