2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143(vi) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act and Sections 3 and 14 of Child Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation), Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found in trafficking minor children.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and also considering the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70973 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 in the case of Pinki Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported as 2025 SCC OnLine 781, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial is directed to be concluded within six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution the petitioner shall be at liberty to review his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
