JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writs for quashing the letter vide memo no.- 2812/Avikaran/Hajipur dated 26-09-2022 issued by the Deputy Development Commissioner (Respondent No.-3) by which petitioner appointment to contract on the post of Panchayat Rozagar Sevek under Gram Panchayat Hasanpur South Block-Mahnar has been cancelled and his service has been terminated and further to direct the respondents authority to appoint the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Rozgar Sevak.

(ii.) For issuance of an appropriate writ for

Patna High Court CWJC No.16696 of 2023(2) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 directing the respondents to pay the dues salary of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 26.9.2022, passed by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Vaishali, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the appellate authority, on merits and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
