The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.129 o 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is allegation that the petitioner was custodian of the records and he has not returned the records. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not a custodian and Smt. Anju Choudhary had handed over the records , the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail , referring paragraph no.28 of the case diary that discloses that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71032 of 2019(3) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 records were kept by Anju Choudhary and the petitioner.. Having heard both sides and considering the allegation I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
