Patna High Court CWJC No.16630 of 2023(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 Champaran (Bihar) to the petitioner as the petitioner is lady aged about 50 years tried her level best by making contact to the office of Registrar Insurance, Kolkata but the C.C. of the said sale deed was not provided.

And/or pass such other order/orders as may appear just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
