JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan (Jhokhar) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is alleged that 10 bottles containing 300 ml. each of Nepali liquor have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29-07-2016. In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghorasahan (Jhokhar) P.S.
