The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.43 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 498A, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no truth behind the allegation made in the first information report rather the first information report has been instituted on account of the fact that prior to institution of the first information report the petitioner had filed Matrimonial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5713 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 Case No.224 of 2013 in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna seeking divorce.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
