2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking modification of the order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9955 of 2023 for extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond in the learned court below.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to surrender and submit the bail bond in terms of the order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9955 of 2023.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court extends the period for surrender of the petitioner and submission of bail bond in terms of the order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9955 of 2023 by another four weeks from today.

5. No further indulgence shall be granted.
