Learned State Counsel submits that as per the counter affidavit of respondent nos.4 & 5 the Family Pension has started pursuant to the letter issued from the office of Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

So far as the gratuity and life-time pension amount is/are concerned, in view of some disputes between the families, vide memo no. 1258 dated 14.11.2022, the Superintendent, Sadar Hospital, Munger had requested amongst other the

Patna High Court CWJC No.57 of 2023(4) dt.19-05-2023 2/3 petitioner herein to appear before him so that further step be taken in the matter.

It has been contended by learned State Counsel that earlier the petitioner failed to appear pursuant to that letter and assures that they will take immediate steps the moment the relevant documents are made available to them. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lady will be visiting the office of the Superintendent, Sadar Hospital, Munger on 25.05.2023 at 12.00 pm where the respondent no.5 shall provide the details of the documents that are required.

The petitioner will be providing the relevant documents so that the further steps are taken in the matter. The respondent no.5 will issue receipt of the documents received. Any other claimant always have the liberty to appear before the Superintendent, Sadar Hospital, Munger. The respondents thereafter shall take all steps to ensure payments.

Disobeying the order by the respondents shall be viewed seriously.

The Treasury Officer, Munger shall ensure that the document received will be followed up and consequent
