The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 509, 354(A), 354(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner abused the informant in filthy language and they tried to sit her on Bolero, in the meantime her brother came there and saved her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74288 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 present case. In course of investigation, the police found the accusation made against the petitioner is false. After investigation, final form has been submitted by the police, but the court below has differed with the final report and taken cognizance. Final form submitted by the police is Annexure 2 to the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. case No.598 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
