The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.56 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Considering the nature of the offence, allegation made in the first information report and the submission that having got roots in the society, the petitioners are not likely to abscond or tamper with the evidence, the petitioners, who are in custody since 14.08.2019, are directed to be released on bail on
