2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 366(A), 363 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2025. He further submits that the victim and the petitioner have got married and in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70061 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 support of the same, he has annexed a certificate of registration of marriage to the bail petition as Annexure-P/2.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the perusal of the certificate annexed with the bail petition, it appears that the victim and the petitioner have got married.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
