Misc. No.13903 of 2017, it appears that name of petitioner no.2 (in the title portion of the order) has wrongly been mentioned as 'Sumita Devi' but from perusal of the record, it appears that name of petitioner no.2 is "Sunita Devi".

In view of the aforesaid facts, name of petitioner no.2 be read as "Sunita Devi".

As such, this modification application is allowed but order dated 24.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13903 of 2017 shall remain intact.
