2. The present application has been filed:

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against against the contemnors/ opposite parties particularly opposite party no.-4 who has deliberately and willfully violated the order dated 09.07.2024 in CWJC No.- 5105/2024 by this Hon'ble Court in disguise of complying the order by violating the same in spite of compliance of the order by the petitioner's and by reducing the area of the shop as earlier allotted vide Letter No.-576 dated 06.09.2024.

3. The memo no. 576 dated 06.09.2024 issued by the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Siwan clearly shows that the approval was given subject to payment of arrears. The show cause to this effect has also come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 03 to

05. It has also been informed by the learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Siwan that the petitioner has also challenged the same by filing CWJC No. 16343/2024 which is pending before this Court.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the said writ petition, in view of the fact that an order has been passed, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
