1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to remove the encroachment from public land bearing Khata No.162, Plot No.1358, situated

Patna High Court CWJC No.16010 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 at Mauza-Banuchhapar, Thana No.129, P.S.

Banuchhapar, District-West Champaran, which has been encroached by the respondents no.5 to 9, by constructing hut and also by keeping construction materials."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bettiah, District-West Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
