2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of State and informant pointed out that petitioner is evading process of court that has been declared absconder. Thereafter, process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court and as such, petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail, rather has to present him before the concerned Court to face trial.
