2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 25.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 40794 of 2025 whereby while rejecting bail to the petitioner in connection with Karnamepur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner due to flood in the village of the petitioner, he couldn't surrender in the learned court below within the stipulated period of time as mentioned in order dated 25.07.2025.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74659 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40794 of 2025 is modified and the time given to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
