Petitioner seeks quashing of letter dated 14.12.2016 issued by Respondent No. 7, the Engineer-in-Chief cum Additional Commissioner cum Special Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, whereby no objection certificate has been refused.
It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in identical matters a Bench of this Court has passed order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.4251 of 2017 dt.19-07-2018 2/2 17.10.2017 in a batch of writ applications being C.W.J.C. No. 12190 of 2016 and other analogous cases.
This writ application is also disposed off on the same terms with a direction to the respondent authorities to decide the case of the petitioner applying the condition prevalent at the time of issuance of N.I.T. by respective Oil Companies within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
