2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

3. As per prosecution case, co-accused Pankaj Kumar induced and persuaded the informant to purchase land from coaccused Sunaina Devi. On whose persuasion, informant invested huge amount in the account of co-accused Sunaina Devi, who was having no land. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons defrauded amount of Rs. 58, 25,000/- of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the FIR, the dispute is of civil nature and the present FIR has been filed only with a view to recover the alleged amount which was transferred in the account of co-accused Sunaina Devi. Petitioner is no way involved in the alleged occurrence nor any money was transferred in his account. Even Rs. 5,00,000/- which is

Similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55802 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur, Bihar in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
