JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Barharia, District-Siwan for removal of the encroachment made over the public land.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate complaint is filed before the Circle Officer, Barharia, District-Siwan and the same is found maintainable as per the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, appropriate
