Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17247/ 2022.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 10.03.2021 and petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
