This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended while fleeing with the cycle of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.
