2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 541 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. From the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that the petitioner and the victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75529 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 were in a relationship. The petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 541 of 2022.
