JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 352 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(i), 36, 41 of the Bihar Excise Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2016.

As per written report and seizure list, in huge quantity, foreign liquor and Rs. 309,200/- cash was recovered from house of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial court will expedite the trial of the case.
