The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 07/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354A/448/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that there is a serious dispute between the parties in which the petitioner No. 1 had filed the case against the informant's family bearing Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 1982 of 2017 and there being no distinct cloud on the prosecution story, let the petitioners in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16310 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 07/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
