The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S.Case No. 867 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner forcibly snatched Rs. 4500/- from the informant and escaped away. Submission is that the petitioner was a cleaner in the Pick-up van of the informant and there was some payment dispute between them and thus he has been falsely implicated in this case moreover, the FIR was lodged after one day delay though the police station is very near from the place of occurrence and there is no allegation that this petitioner was armed with any weapon and has been in custody since 26.12.2016.

Ehtasham is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 867 of 2016.
