JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Section 354 B of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no offence under Section 354 B IPC is made out. The father of the victim wanted to get admitted his another daughter in the school without any fee. The petitioner is the principal of the school. There is nothing against the petitioner and no teacher has supported the allegation.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned informant also.

Learned counsel for the informant has submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14835 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 that one of the students has also supported the allegation. In view of the allegation, let above named petitioner surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, which shall be considered by its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
